Lead Developer and CEO, Mark Lowery has been developing software for the past 8 years for companies such as CTE Consultants Inc, EarthSearch Technologies, LIGATT Security Inc, and Comcast Inc, using many different program languages, he tells us that “The Bully Reporter”, is by far the best application he has developed-not in a programming complexity, but because its invaluable to the community in the fight combat bullying worldwide.
