Atlanta, Georgia – March 31, 2011 – CTE Consultants Inc, hopes to Increase bully awareness worldwide with the launching of “The Bully Reporter” – it’s new Anti-Bullying Interactive Web Application which aids in the fight against bullies. The Bully Reporter should be embraced by all victims, onlookers, parents, law enforcement and government officials as a centralized source for information, according to the owner of “The Bully Reporter “.

Lead Developer and CEO, Mark Lowery has been developing software for the past 8 years for companies such as CTE Consultants Inc, EarthSearch Technologies, LIGATT Security Inc, and Comcast Inc, using many different program languages, he tells us that “The Bully Reporter”, is by far the best application he has developed-not in a programming complexity, but because its invaluable to the community in the fight combat bullying worldwide.
